- No. DueClarity works from a simple file upload. Export your aging report from QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, or any accounting system and upload it directly. No integrations, no IT, no onboarding project.
- Does DueClarity replace my ERP or collections platform?
- No — it works alongside whatever you already use. DueClarity is the analyst layer: upload your aging file and it examines your receivables, tells you what matters and why, and shows the evidence behind every number. It doesn't run cash application, payment portals, or collections automation — it makes sense of the numbers those systems produce, with no integration and no implementation. Plenty of teams run it on top of the tools they already have.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Each account is row-level isolated — no other customer can access your data. We run on AWS infrastructure via Supabase, which is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your AR data is never sold, shared, or used to train any model. You can delete your data at any time from account settings.
- Where is my data stored?
- Your data is stored on AWS (us-east-1) via Supabase. It never leaves that environment and is never shared with third parties. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted on request.
- What is the difference between Core and Control?
- Core ($299/month) is your ongoing AR analyst: upload each period and it examines the whole book, tells you what matters and why, and shows the evidence behind every number. Control ($599/month) adds close prep — DueClarity prepares, tests, reconciles, and documents the file so you can review and certify with confidence. The 14-day trial is Control-level access.
