Do I need an ERP integration?

No. DueClarity works from a simple file upload. Export your aging report from QuickBooks, NetSuite, Excel, or any accounting system and upload it directly. No integrations, no IT, no onboarding project.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Each account is row-level isolated — no other customer can access your data. We run on AWS infrastructure via Supabase, which is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your AR data is never sold, shared, or used to train any model. You can delete your data at any time from account settings.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on AWS (us-east-1) via Supabase. It never leaves that environment and is never shared with third parties. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted on request.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
