- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export company AR data to CSV from Settings. Company Admins can delete shared AR data in-app, and full account closure can be requested from Settings.
- Is my AR data secure?
- Yes. Customer data is isolated by workspace using row-level security and hosted on AWS via Supabase. Supabase provides hosted-platform encryption and SOC 2 Type II infrastructure. DueClarity does not sell your AR data or use it to train models. You can request account deletion at any time. Full security details →
